We’re ALL Essential LOVE Givers

We’re ALL love givers and we’re ALL essential!

We’re ALL here with our own unique ESSENTIAL purpose that lives inside of us and right now it’s showing through…BIG TIME!

From parents taking care of their kids all day and helping them to feel safe and loved during this scary time to teachers keeping school life a little bit normal and fun while their students are at home!

ESSENTIAL and absolutely LOVE GIVING for sure!!

We’re ALL born with a unique ESSENTIAL purpose!!

There are SO many ways I could write how each and every ONE of us are considered ESSENTIAL.

Like all the comedians who are keeping laughter ALIVE during a not-so-funny time…ESSENTIAL and LOVE GIVING right now!!!

But seeing ALL the ESSENTIAL frontline workers doing everything they can to help those in need right now…it brings tears to my eyes!

They are absolutely ESSENTIAL and absolutely LOVE GIVING….

staying by someone’s side when their loved one can’t be! OMGosh!! That’s LOVE and it makes me SO GRATEFUL that we ALL have a unique ESSENTIAL purpose because I’d be a crying mess and would NOT be able to hold it together for that person and their loved ones the way the can and are doing right now!

and they were born with that ESSENTIAL purpose deep within them because they say they WANT to be on the frontlines assisting and helping in any way they can!

And I can’t THANK THEM enough for that!!!

When I see them continuing to GIVE LOVE to those in need they remind me WHY I’m essential right now, too!

Not only to be a mom who stays home all day with her kids BUT also to be there for my kids in a way that makes them FEEL LOVED and SAFE during a time when their world just got turned upside down BUT to also make sure that I’m doing everything that I can do to keep myself rising UP in LOVE so I can continue to FEEL SAFE during a time when my world got turned upside down, too!

Because my energy creates my kid’s energy!

THANK YOU, essential frontline workers, for everything you do and for continuing to do something you’re SO passionate about during a time that is absolutely SO scary and SO stressful!

You doing what you do is reminding me to RISE UP no matter how I feel when stressful and scary moments come into my life.

THANK YOU for reminding me every day as to how I’m essential and how I’ve been uniquely chosen to BE a LOVE GIVER during this time AND that it’s SO important for me to RISE UP no matter how stressful or scary life may feel and be.

WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER and WE’RE ALL ESSENTIAL LOVE GIVERS and I AM SO PROUD TO BE HUMAN WITH YOU ALL!!

Because it easily calms my mind, ignites my joy and slows me down so I can BE a more calm, happy + present mom (something that's hard to do when my mind is running 100 miles ahead or behind the present moment...especially during a global pandemic!) and truly focus on what matters most in life and all the GOOD that fills it!
