Ah, the apple...the whole apple. Something Lil' C has been asking more of lately. Usually, she wants me to just cut it up for her.

What I LOVE most is that when she's all done eating it this way, I ALWAYS smile because I just adore looking at how her little mouth leaves the cutest imprint on it. So simple. So fun.

Because I wanted to snap this for Simple Things Sunday, I snuck away in the kitchen really quick, I snapped without her finding me, that is, until, I was done (whew!)...and then C came in asking me if I was taking pictures and she wanted to do the same.

I pulled her over to the counter on her learning tower. She asked for a plate, the apple and her camera. And this is what she did.

My future food photographer! :)

Then, one second later, she ate the apple again. I mean, really, who could resist a beautiful, half eaten apple that is sitting right in front of them? :):)

And then another second later, mama got carried away with taking her pictures.

And then another second later, the fussiness came about because she couldn't reach something on the counter.

Oh, my Lil' C, you definitely know how to bring me back into the simplicity of life. :)
